STRICTLY: No refunds. Cancellations to your purchase is not allowed. No refunds will be given if you cancel or a no show.

For participants who are unable to make it and have informed Kitakita Collective prior to 72 hours before the event.  Kindly contact kitakitacollective@gmail.com

Should there be an event of cancellation/postponement by Kitakita Collective, please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed.

Upon a successful refund, the participant will receive an email or a call from Kitakita Collective pertaining to the refund status.
